DNA Kitchen is a pure-veg, dinner-only cloud kitchen in Kalpakkam, run by Desi n Authentic (DNA).

Pricing

What you see on the menu is what you pay, plus one flat delivery fee shown before you order. There is no packaging fee, platform fee, surge price or tip request. Prices are the same as at our stall.

Ordering and delivery

We take orders from 5 PM to 9 PM and deliver in the slot you pick, in Kalpakkam and Anupuram only. Payment is online (UPI, cards, net banking) when you order; we don't take cash on delivery. If we're going to miss your slot, we tell you on WhatsApp before it ends. The rider hands over your order only when you give the 4-digit delivery code.

Cancellation

You can cancel for free, with a full refund, until the kitchen accepts your order (use the button on your order page). After that, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do what we can. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund.

Refunds

A missing, wrong or spoiled item is refunded in full, or redelivered the same evening — your choice, no argument, no photo needed. If delivery is more than 15 minutes after your slot ends, the delivery fee is refunded automatically. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Allergens

Every dish lists nuts, dairy and sesame where used. Our podis use sesame; our malts use nuts and milk. Our kitchen handles all three, so we can't promise any dish is free of traces.

Privacy

We use your name, phone number, address and delivery location only to deliver your order and send you updates about it on WhatsApp. Marketing messages are only sent if you opt in. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store card details. Your phone number links your kitchen and desinauthentic.com orders for our own reporting (only a scrambled form of it is used for that). To see or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Terms

By ordering you agree to these policies. Menu, prices and slots can change day to day; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu.
